Wrongful Death

Accidents are one of the most abrupt and painful ways to experience the loss of a loved one. The value of the contribution the deceased would have made to society

The State of Kansas does allow damages to be awarded for grief, sorrow, pain or suffering of the family, but that amount is capped by Kansas law.
